Warranty Terms

By signing the card, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the warranty terms, confirmed the accuracy of their information, selected the type of inspection, and authorized the company's employees to drive the vehicle on public roads.

✓ The warranty applies to the customer whose name is stated on the invoice and is valid for 1,000 km or one week, whichever comes first, provided there are no noted remarks and the vehicle is within four years of its year of manufacture.
✓ The engine warranty is void in cases involving oil consumption, crankshaft noise, connecting rods, camshaft, overheating, or the cylinder head.
✓ The inspection does not include plastic parts, fiberglass, stickers, fire marks, concealed or non-visible items, or body parts that have been replaced with parts from other vehicles.
✓ The transmission warranty covers mechanical components only and does not include the torque converter, transmission control unit, or electrical transmission switches/components.
✓ The warranty is void in cases of misuse, including insufficient oil, water or oil leaks, or breakage.
✓ We are not responsible for any malfunction that occurs during the inspection. (Please note that this condition is stated on the inspection card.)
✓ The warranty is void and the report will not be considered valid if the report is not explained or stamped by the person in charge.
✓ The warranty does not cover sports vehicles, vehicles with manual transmissions of any type, turbocharged or supercharged systems, or vehicles equipped with CVT transmissions.
✓ The body inspection covers exterior paint only, meaning the vehicle's outer body panels.
✓ The warranty does not cover hidden cracks or damage, non-visible items, or body mounts.
✓ The warranty does not cover electrical faults, the air-conditioning system, or hydraulic systems.
✓ The chassis is inspected visually for accident damage, deterioration, and rust.
✓ Consumable parts are not covered by the warranty during the inspection or after the vehicle leaves the company.
✓ The warranty is void if the vehicle is repaired outside the company, in accordance with the warranty terms.
✓ The company is not responsible if the vehicle's warranty or dealership warranty has been cancelled or the vehicle has been blacklisted.
✓ We are not responsible for any noises produced by the vehicle at speeds exceeding 80 km/h.
✓ We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings, including cash or personal documents, from inside the vehicle during the inspection.
✓ The customer must check with the authorized dealership to verify the vehicle's odometer reading and warranty/blacklist status. Do not ignore any warning or indicator displayed on the vehicle's dashboard, such as:
  • Check Engine warning light
  • Oil warning light
  • Low coolant or cooling system warning
